All Seasonal Field Lottery requests must be submitted by the Monday of the week prior to the lottery. The lottery will be held at a public meeting; the date, time, and location of the lottery will be announced at least one week in advance. If it is determined that no requests overlap, we will contact all requestors before the lotter meeting to let them know the results and that no meeting will need to be held.
- For Fall season rentals, the lottery will be held on the last Monday in April.
- There is no Winter seasonal lottery.
- For Spring season rentals, the lottery will be held on the last Monday in September.
- For Summer season rentals, the lottery will be held on the first Monday in January.
Fall: September 1st - October 31st
Winter: No field rental in the Winter.
Spring: April 1st - May 31st
Summer: June 1st - July 31st
